Thank you for shopping with us! After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow your delivery.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday.

  • Cut-off time: 11:00PM (EST). Orders placed after this time or on weekends will be processed the next business day.

  • Estimated processing time: 1- 2 business days.

Delivery

  • Shipping is free for all orders.

  • Estimated delivery time: 6 –12 business days, including processing and shipping.

  • Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

  • Risk and ownership pass to you once the item is handed to the courier.

Tracking

  • After shipping, you will receive a tracking code by email.

  • You can also track your order on our website.

Lost or Damaged Orders

  • Lost shipments: We will help you contact the courier and assist with claims.

  • Damaged shipments: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.

Changes and Cancellations

  • Orders can only be changed or cancelled before shipping.
