How to Start a Return or Refund

  2. Return authorisation
    After reviewing your request, we will send return authorisation and detailed instructions.

  3. Packaging the return
    Pack the product securely, including all original packaging and tags where applicable, and include the return authorisation.

  4. Return shipment
    Send the return using a courier with tracking.

Returns sent without prior contact and approval will not be processed.

  • Items must be undamaged and include original packaging

  • Products must be in a condition that allows resale

  • Exceptions: Certain products, such as personalised items are not eligible for return unless unopened and unused

Return Scenarios

Order cancellation
An order may be cancelled only if it has not yet been shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
